COVID-19 Protocols Are In Place Prior and For Entry: 1) Customers Must wear Masks COVERING YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH at all times; 2) Customers' hands will be sanitized Prior to Entry; 3) Customers to practice Safe Distancing of 6 - 10 feet from persons they are not living with as best as possible. People who are impolite, rude, or do not follow these rules, WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE SO AS TO NOT ENDANGER OTHERS.
It is recommended that you bring 5 - 10 large cardboard boxes (we do not have any to give to you) to cart home your treasures in; bring a rolling cart and a back brace / support so you don't develope a hernia; and drive or borrow a SUV or Van.
NO Bathroom Facilities: Make sure you go to the Bathroom just BEFORE you arrive. There is a Mc Donald's at 14480 San Pablo Ave, San Pablo, just a few miles into /next to downtown Richmond nearby. And there may be other places in downtown Richmond if you shop at will allow you to use their facilities.
Please be considerate and think about whether or not you should be bringing children or pets into this greenhouse. There is a great deal of broken glass that has fallen from the ceilings on the ground; unattended children playing around could pick them up, or pets' paws could get easily cut up. Be aware also, the ground is uneven and unlevel at spots, and people who have difficulty getting around, could trip and fall.
Wear a jacket: Lot of broken windows and ceilings here: it is extremely cold in the mornings.
